I ordered a sample bottle online on 07/07/2014 at 19.09 p.m. for Rs 492.45 but was shocked to receive intimation that two amounts of Rs 4642.94 and Rs 492.45 were debited into my credit card account one after the other.

I had to immediately block my card and file a dispute with the Bank against what I consider to be fraudulent transaction.

I would appreciate if you could forward similar complaints to me from other consumers

  Jeremias…Vimax is one of the biggest scams in weight loss these days. We have already mentioned in our “CONS” section that they charge you $5 or $10 initially then charge another $75 dollar if you do not inform that you are returning the product.
  
  I am not sure if it would help but you can now try reaching out to their customer support department & tell them you want to return or cancel your order. Hopefully they should reply with a positive answer.
  
  In future it is advisable to buy Indian products only when purchasing online as there are very less chances of a scam like this!
